Exchange and Return

At My Erotic Desires. you have the right to return an item within 10 days, without stating reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item as you would in a store, unless stated otherwise. To speed up your return, you can simply use our return form .

By registering your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly. After canceling your order, you must return the items within 10 days at the latest.

When returning your order, make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements :

The product is – in so far as reasonably possible – in its original condition and factory packaging
You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund amount
Applying the right of withdrawal does not void your payment obligation. You will have to pay within the stipulated period. If a credit has been created by processing the return in our administration and you have paid for the order in advance with Ideal, we will refund this as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will not be re_credited. We will only refund you the money for the product.

We will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

NB! Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:

All sex toys including vibrators and dildos.
Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage products and creams
The above items can only be returned if the item turns out to be defective. We request that you notify My Erotic Desires of a defect as soon as possible after discovery. You can do this by means of our return form .

Returns
On the packing slip of your order you will find a label with a return address and/or return instructions. The original shipping costs will be removed from the invoice after receipt of the return if you return the entire order.

Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons, provided that this order has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from My Erotic Desires. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation?
